The production process of tubulars at RibProject follows a precise workflow to ensure quality and durability. It begins with fabric preparation, where the material is unrolled onto the worktable and cut. Next, the fabric is sanded and shaped using specialized machinery. Once this step is complete, the assembly phase begins, where the sections are glued together. The tubular is then inflated to check its integrity before being installed on the boat's hull. At this stage, final details such as inflation valves, safety handles, and rubbing strakes are added, ensuring functionality and reliability.
